Position Overview:
A prominent organization specializing in clean room technology, robotics, and fabrication machinery is in search of a skilled Project Manager. This role is crucial for managing both ongoing and upcoming projects while ensuring effective communication with leadership.

Compensation:
Salary range: $86,400 - $110,000, plus bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing the implementation of new machinery and enhancements to existing systems within clean rooms and automation.
  • Defining and reviewing the overall project scope as necessary.
  • Coordinating with various departments to schedule both preventative and corrective maintenance to achieve daily objectives.
  • Providing consistent updates to upper management regarding significant project developments.
  • Managing financial resources to ensure operational efficiency within budget constraints.
  • Leading the design and execution of new project initiatives.
  • Engaging effectively with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols throughout all operations.
  • Overseeing the performance of subcontractors.
  • Collecting and analyzing data for efficient budgeting and project monitoring.
  • Allocating resources appropriately while supervising the entire project lifecycle.
  • Addressing and resolving internal complaints and issues.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of direct experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in leading and successfully completing projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills coupled with critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Ability to produce reports and professional correspondence.
  • Effective presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • A professional demeanor in interactions with high-level clients.

Additional Information:
This position may require travel of up to 25%, including both domestic and international trips with overnight stays.
