About the Role

We are a growing, family-owned, heavy civil construction company seeking an experienced heavy civil construction superintendent to support our Washington and Idaho State operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale heavy civil projects with a minimum of 10+ years' construction experience in the public and private sectors.
  • Lead teams in earthwork and underground utilities in both the public/private sectors, with a focus on structural concrete, mechanical systems in transportation, dams/hydro, and water wastewater.
  • Participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies to ensure a high-quality completed product for our clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Have a working knowledge of heavy equipment and Trimble GPS systems.
Requirements
  • Recent work history and at least 10 years of verifiable work experience managing projects in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
