About the Role

TrueCommerce is on the lookout for customer-focused professionals for our Customer Success Manager position, dedicated to the retention and engagement of our vital clients.

The Customer Success Manager routinely interacts with clients to comprehend their business objectives, provide education, address issues, and pinpoint actions that yield significant value and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall relationship with assigned clients, focusing on increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a team of Customer Success Managers to serve as the internal advocate for the customer, addressing their needs across services, support, product management, and executive alignment.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and how clients utilize our applications, ensuring you can advise them effectively.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients, driving continued value from our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Support, Implementation, Trading Partner Services, Product Management, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct calls and video conferences with clients to provide updates on key issues, review existing concerns, and discuss enhancements.
  • Influence client renewals and retention while suggesting additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate value-added services and training for assigned clients to boost engagement and retention.
  • Deliver web-based training on TrueCommerce products as necessary to promote customer success and improve adoption.
  • Organize webinars on best practices to enhance engagement with TrueCommerce solutions.
  • Coordinate regular account reviews to optimize the customer experience with our product portfolio.
  • Engage with clients through various channels to provide ongoing leadership and guidance regarding TrueCommerce solutions.

Qualifications for Success

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a client-facing B2B software support role.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with TrueCommerce products and services is preferred.
  • Technical integration experience across various platforms and industries.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, B2B commerce, or electronic data interchange (EDI) is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn and master technical concepts and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer requests and issues.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficient presentation skills for account reviews, training sessions, and webinars.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • A passionate advocate for customer success, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
