Your main duty will be to pinpoint potential clients, comprehend their distinct business requirements, and convey how our SaaS offerings can effectively meet those needs. This role will report to Gumband's Managing Director and will work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams.

Gumband is a recognized SaaS platform utilized by leading global technology and retail brands to oversee and evaluate their interactive experiences or environments in real-time, from any location. With Gumband, physical locations transform into measurable marketing assets that are as manageable and quantifiable as a website. Our mission is to create impactful in-person experiences that connect brands with their customers. We are in search of individuals who are inquisitive, collaborative, innovative, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Advocacy: Develop and demonstrate a profound understanding of Gumband's products and their positioning within the industry; embody our brand's values and communicate them effectively in the marketplace.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Evaluate market trends, identify target customer segments, and devise a comprehensive strategy to effectively engage and convert potential clients.
  • Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations of Gumband's offerings that secure new business and generate enthusiasm for the brand. Collaborate with the right stakeholders at the appropriate times to ensure successful client interactions.
  • Sales Development: Cultivate early-stage opportunities, secure new accounts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Insights: Actively listen to client feedback and translate that information into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Project Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Gumband team to share project details and client insights that will assist in proposal development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach to capturing and tracking sales leads within Gumband's CRM system.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and performance. Conduct analyses of closed deals to identify success factors and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, growth marketing, or account management, preferably in experiential or immersive marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills; adaptable and flexible.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in software tools including Google Workspace, email marketing platforms, and CRMs.
  • Enthusiastic about new challenges and dynamic work environments.

Work Environment:

This position allows for remote work, but candidates must be open to travel as necessary for client or team engagements.
