Department: Private Banking
Overview of the Role:
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for addressing all client inquiries that arise within the Private Banking Service Team. This role involves close collaboration with the entire Sales organization, Portfolio Management, Internal and External Counsel, Compliance, Financial Advisors, and all other authorized stakeholders involved in each Private Banking transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with both internal and external clients to deliver tailored solutions to their inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow members of the Private Banking Service Team to fulfill client requests.
- Work in conjunction with relationship managers, inside sales, portfolio managers, internal and external counsel, compliance officers, borrowers, and all other authorized parties related to each transaction.
- Ensure a premier client experience across all interactions.
- Coordinate with other operational teams and the bank to improve existing processes.
- Actively contribute to assigned projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial industry is essential.
At least 2 years of experience in bank operations and/or client service is preferred.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and comprehension of the loan process/system along with relevant lending requirements.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks consistently to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and capacity for self-direction.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
