Position Overview

As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the complete Renewal Sales process. This position involves engaging with various stakeholders, including customers, sales representatives, and channel partners, to facilitate renewal opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Commercial and Mid-Enterprise Renewals within a designated territory.
  • Assist customers and partners through phone and email communications regarding Security and Support license renewals.
  • Manage the entire Renewal Sales cycle, which includes generating asset reports, creating quotes, and providing upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee the management of Salesforce Renewal opportunities and assist with product refresh data.
  • Handle inbound renewal inquiries and requests efficiently to meet service level agreements.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other relevant systems to optimize the sales of renewal opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives on renewal processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on renewal processes and objectives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Renewals, Sales, or Operations, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security terminology and products.
  • Understanding of B2B Channel and Direct Sales strategies.
Skills Required

  • Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Fortinet offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. The expected on-target earnings for this role range from $63,700 to $82,400 annually, with salary determined by experience and qualifications.
