The Lead Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in generating interest for a prominent Home Improvement organization in the United States.

In this position, you will identify and connect with potential clients within the local community.

By adopting a customer-centric approach, the Lead Acquisition Specialist can effectively assess which solutions align with the client's needs and the available options in home renovation and enhancement.

Following the identification of these prospects, the Lead Acquisition Specialist will facilitate introductions to the Sales Management team, remaining engaged throughout the sales process to provide additional support to the client.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Lead Acquisition Specialist:
- Generate interest by emphasizing the advantages and value for the client
- Articulate the diverse options and features related to home renovations and improvement services
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, maintaining authenticity and sincerity
- Exemplify professionalism by upholding a positive demeanor and professional appearance
- Communicate leads effectively with the Sales team, demonstrating focus, competitiveness, and organizational skills
- Rigorously follow all company policies, procedures, and practices
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to provide valuable insights to the lead generation team and clients
- Explore opportunities to enhance outreach and lead generation strategies, identifying areas for growth

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representative:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related business field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, brand representation, or sales - Direct sales experience is advantageous
- A strong enthusiasm for engaging with individuals and a commitment to contributing positively to the community
- A desire to acquire practical sales experience, including territory management, lead generation, and relationship building
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Natural leadership qualities with a willingness to further develop these skills
