Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
- Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $17 - $18 Hourly
