Sales Representative for Senior Healthcare

The Sales Representative will be instrumental in enrolling new patients and generating leads through community engagement and partnerships. This role requires a candidate with outstanding communication abilities and a solid history of success in field sales or community marketing. It offers a unique opportunity to positively influence the health and well-being of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with seniors through community marketing and partnerships to attract new prospective patients.
  • Articulate our value-based care model effectively, highlighting the unique benefits tailored to improve health outcomes for individuals.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and advancement through the sales process to foster patient growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize sales strategies and enhance the experience for current and prospective patients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales tactics to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on sales activities and market insights to support strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in field sales or community marketing, preferably with a focus on senior care or Medicare Advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of senior healthcare market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including seniors and caregivers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

Additional Information:

This position requires a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance. It is a field sales role that may involve evening or weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

The estimated compensation range for this position is $44,200 - $60,900 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
