Territory: San Antonio and surrounding regions
Compensation: Competitive annual base salary up to $100,000, complemented by a lucrative bonus structure based on admissions and quotas, potentially doubling the base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
The business development representative will be tasked with:
- Establishing new referral sources and nurturing existing relationships while consistently promoting our agency.
- Executing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve or surpass the company’s overall business objectives, census targets, and financial goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual who:
- Exhibits high energy and a proactive approach, representing our hospice with utmost professionalism.
- Possesses local market knowledge and established referral connections within the hospice and/or home health sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to prospect effectively.
- Can provide verifiable sales performance metrics and discuss specific sales achievements.
- Is proficient in utilizing sales force software for effective communication and activity tracking.
- Has a stable employment history, a strong work ethic, and is seeking a long-term career opportunity.
