Position Overview:

As a vital member of the Cardiovascular Center team, you will be responsible for overseeing patient activity and ensuring a safe and effective exercise environment. Your expertise will contribute to the design of exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient flow and maintain safety during exercise and testing sessions.
  • Develop personalized exercise parameters based on clinical assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related Allied Health field is essential.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
  • A minimum of six months of clinical experience in cardiovascular settings or equivalent internship is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACSM Exercise Specialist Certification is advantageous.
  • Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) or AACVPR certification is preferred.
  • Certification as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional is desirable.
