  • Develop process flowcharts and diagrams.

  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Observe and document natural workflows without influencing the process, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think analytically and exercise judgment to solve problems.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Ability to track several projects simultaneously, work as part of a team and to also work independently.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and internal development, test, data management teams.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution and 5-years related experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Clinical background preferred.
  • Telephony background preferred.
