- Create comprehensive process documents as references for the leadership team.
- Proficiently create detailed process maps using various tools to visually represent workflows.
- Develop process flowcharts and diagrams.
- Integrate detailed process documents into appropriate telephony tools.
- Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
- Observe and document natural workflows without influencing the process, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Attention to detail and the ability to think analytically and exercise judgment to solve problems.
- Effective project management skills.
- Ability to track several projects simultaneously, work as part of a team and to also work independently.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and internal development, test, data management teams.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution and 5-years related experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Clinical background preferred.
- Telephony background preferred.
