- Customer Focused, Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.
- Manage Financial Accountability and Administrative Requirements: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Strategic Relationships and Managing Conflicts: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Post-Secondary school diploma or degree in business, marketing, and/or recreation (an asset).
- At least 3 years' experience within a sports/recreational environment (an asset).
- Demonstrated experience in closing sales in a sales environment.
- Excellent listening and customer service skills to provide solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including presentation ability.
- Strong follow-up skills and an ability to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database management.
- Strong working knowledge of online and social media.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
