Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Advocate Aurora Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare logistics. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the distribution of supplies, equipment, and patient care items to various departments within the hospital. This will involve receiving and processing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with teams to ensure timely delivery of essential items.
Main Responsibilities
•Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and patient care items to meet the needs of various departments within the hospital.
•Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and communicate with teams to ensure timely delivery of essential items.
•Communication: Collaborate with teams to resolve any issues related to supply chain operations, including receiving and processing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
•High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
•1-2 Years of Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics: Preferred
•Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Required
•Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
