Job Description:

This Front Desk Receptionist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Insight Global. As the primary point of contact for customers and policy owners, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily tasks, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, prepare and distribute reports and documents
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in an office administration role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $30,000-$38,000, based on a 40-hour workweek. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
