Job Title: Client Engagement Center Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Engagement Center Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Engagement Center Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients contacting the bank by phone, email, or online, resolving issues, and looking for opportunities to strengthen the client relationship through cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and resolve problems and errors, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Provide client and branch support for online and mobile banking, as well as all other loan-related transactions.
  • Contribute to department service quality goal achievement by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Proactively assess client service needs, resolving inquiries, providing account information, and performing a variety of transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Actively expand existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services, or referring clients to appropriate sales staff.
  • Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, and track calls.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma required.
  • 1 or more years of experience in a call center, retail banking, or operations function is required.
  • Proven ability to provide professional, accurate, and responsive client service.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Experience in effective sales and referrals.
  • Possess strong negotiation, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in a busy team environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to deposit accounts and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with the ability to manage multiple computer applications simultaneously.
