Job Details
Overview
As a Customer Engagement Center Representative, you will deliver outstanding customer support to clients reaching out to the bank via phone, email, or online channels. Your role will involve providing information, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships through cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service.
- Investigate and rectify issues and discrepancies.
- Support clients and branches with online and mobile banking, as well as loan-related transactions.
- Contribute to achieving departmental service quality objectives.
- Proactively assess client service needs, address inquiries, provide account details, and execute various transactions on behalf of clients.
- Expand existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services or referring clients to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Utilize computerized systems to collect information, troubleshoot, and monitor calls.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
High School Diploma required.
Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in a call center, retail banking, or operational role is essential.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional, accurate, and responsive client service.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
- Experience in successful sales and referrals.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with federal and state laws and regulations related to deposit accounts and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of managing multiple computer systems concurrently.

Competitive base salary with bonus potential.
