POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Care Program (CCP) Benefits Administrator plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the Client Care Program. This position offers essential administrative assistance to the CCP Coordinator and significantly contributes to the program's overall effectiveness. A keen attention to detail, the ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks, and a dedication to upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism are paramount.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a shared office environment, primarily engaged in computer-based tasks, while also performing physical duties such as printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing documents. Regular interaction with clients via phone is a key aspect of this role, excluding cold calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AirTable is preferred, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) with potential flexibility in scheduling.

While this role is strictly on-site, there may be opportunities for additional hours during peak periods, which would be appreciated but are not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile and create digital online file storage lockboxes for new clients; update and maintain existing lockboxes for current clients.
  • Prepare and process program materials, including printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing documents.
  • Conduct monthly renewal reminder phone calls for clients with expiring memberships.
  • Provide occasional support to the CCP Coordinator by answering phone calls, addressing client inquiries when possible, or redirecting them to the appropriate team member.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and AirTable is preferred.
