Key Responsibilities:
- Create strategic partnerships with top real estate agents, luxury property developers, architects, and other industry stakeholders to expand our company's reach.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.

- Monitor financial performance against targets, providing regular reports to our CEO.
- Identify opportunities to optimize profitability and revenue streams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B sales and leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Autonomous and ready to hit the ground running.
- The ideal candidate will be well-connected in the high-end interior design, property, luxury, or similar markets.
- An in-depth understanding of the luxury market and a passion for interior design and aesthetics are a big plus.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven with a sophisticated approach to business.
