Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, promoting State Farm products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their insurance needs.
  • Insurance Product Promotion: Educate customers about State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance, and promote these products to meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Agent Team to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

  • Property and Casualty License: Obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license, to meet the requirements of the role.
  • Continuing Education: Remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices.
