ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Manager for Alex Baldwin - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in our agency's daily operations and the success of our clients. You will enhance our agency's growth through meaningful client interactions and by serving as a bridge between customer needs and agency functions. Your efforts will improve the lives of our clients by proactively promoting relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which may include responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Foster successful and enduring customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Able to anticipate and understand customer needs.
  • Capable of effectively relating to customers.
  • Property and Casualty license required - can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
