Job Overview

We are currently seeking 50 dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Service Agent.

This position involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. If you possess strong communication skills and a desire to assist others, this role may be a great fit for you.

The compensation rate (post-training) is $13.25 per hour, contingent upon fulfilling a 40-hour work week. If you are unable to meet the full schedule, a rate of $12.25 per hour will apply. We consistently offer 40-hour work schedules.

All necessary equipment will be provided, and there is an option to work remotely after successful training.

We prioritize employee retention and provide salary increases every six months based on tenure, ensuring long-term career growth.

We are looking for a courteous and professional Customer Service Agent to collaborate with our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role entails managing a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls, with the goal of creating a positive experience for each customer. The agent will actively listen to clients to understand their needs, address inquiries or complaints, and deliver accurate and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making and receiving calls to clients to understand and resolve their needs, complaints, or product-related issues.
  • Providing efficient and precise responses to callers, outlining potential solutions, and ensuring clients feel appreciated and supported.
  • Practicing active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying details, and de-escalating situations with upset clients when necessary.
  • Complying with all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Must be willing to assist customers and resolve their inquiries.

Availability to work various shifts, including late nights and weekends.
