
Business Development Financial Specialist

Solarity Credit Union is a leading financial institution seeking a highly skilled Business Development Financial Specialist. As a key member of our Member Business Services team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional service and expert advice on business banking solutions.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business lending services, focusing on identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including loan officers and credit analysts, to ensure seamless delivery of business banking products and services.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of Solarity Credit Union's business banking services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in business development, relationship management, or commercial lending.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with business banking products and services, including cash management, credit facilities, and equipment financing.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary of $74,259 - $116,032, plus uncapped commissions based on monthly minimum production. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, as well as a generous retirement program match and paid time off allowances.
