Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including reception duties, phone coverage, and meeting setup
  • Manage word processing tasks, including letters, memos, and reports
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team's goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and proofreading
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook
