Sales Growth Specialist

Fintech Processing is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as commission-based sales representatives. As an independent territory builder, you will have the opportunity to grow your sales channels within your network and local community.
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with business owners to educate them on Fintech's payment solutions. You will work directly with a dedicated sales director to learn sales strategies and develop your territory. Our support team will be available to assist you in providing the best experience for business owners.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting business owners to educate them on Fintech's payment solutions.

- Utilizing our entire support team to assist you in providing business owners the best experience.
- Finding the right technology and payment solution for each business.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience: minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Self-motivation and drive: ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written skills for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ability to meet sales targets: demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Time management skills: capacity to prioritize and manage multiple clients or leads effectively.
- Reliable transportation: ability to travel locally or regionally to meet clients.
- High level of professionalism: ethical and customer-focused approach to sales.
- Availability: willingness to commit to a flexible schedule based on client needs.
- Access to technology: smartphone, laptop, and internet access for remote selling.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on performance and location.
This is a commission-based role, allowing you to earn uncapped income based on your efforts and results. Future opportunities for growth are available based on performance.
