About The Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team at The Infinity Group. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline of clients for our real estate agents and working as an outbound sales agent for our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $130,000 per year, plus commission

Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities, achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets, and consulting with real estate agents to ensure the highest level of service for real estate transactions from initial contact through the listing agreements. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of sales experience in any field, a Real Estate license or ability to obtain one, and exceptional phone sales experience. You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be results-oriented, and have the ability to take charge when needed.
