We are a result-oriented consulting and sales firm looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team. Our goal is to create professional, interactive experiences that generate new business and maximum sales profitability for our client's brands.

About the Role:

Job Description

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness and becoming a leader in driving in-person one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify customer needs and manage existing accounts to increase sales performance.
  2. Understand customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
  3. Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  4. Participate in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas that will improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
  5. Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree, relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager, or other sales/marketing experience.
  • The ability to lead any situation and take action as a problem solver.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
  • A competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
  • Leadership roles in previous positions are encouraged.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
