Position Overview:
As the Donor Relations Coordinator - Field Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building meaningful connections with prospective donors. Responsibilities:
  • Donor Engagement:
    • Interact with community members through in-person engagements, offering insights about our organization and the advantages of becoming a recurring donor.
    • Establish rapport and relationships with potential donors to inspire ongoing support.
  • Direct Outreach Strategies:
    • Design and implement direct outreach strategies to enhance donor sign-ups and contributions.
    • Utilize diverse communication methods, including face-to-face discussions and grassroots marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Integration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field outreach initiatives with broader organizational campaigns.
    • Assist in organizing events and activities to bolster donor relations.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting:
    • Keep precise records of donor interactions and contributions.
    • Provide regular updates on field outreach activities, offering insights for enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for non-profit work and a strong dedication to community initiatives.
