Job Summary

System One is seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our Manufacturing & Transportation Technical Development Training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing data for quality, entering, updating, and correcting data in the Learning Management System (LMS), and performing other tasks related to data management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience using and understanding the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with a Learning Management System (LMS) and how the LMS supports the Learning & Development.
  • Proficiency in processing data and implementing modifications to ensure data precision.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, data functions, etc.).
  • Experience working in a training organization, especially with training administration.
  • Strong customer service experience and ability to deal with a wide variety of customer inquiries and requests, primarily associated with learning and training in a professional manner.
  • Experience and ability to manage large volume with high degree of accuracy and timely completion.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/actions by prioritize, manage disruptions and completing tasks in a timely manner; ability to assess appropriate urgency with tasks.
  • Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and training administration, with experience working in a training organization. They will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
