Job Title: Help Desk Support Service Specialist

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting, resolving, and providing solutions to end-users.
  • Manage and track the life cycle of end-user IT-related issues using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with multiple enterprise teams to provide complete support to end-users.
  • Train employees on new standards and procedures.
  • Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • HDI or A+ certification preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Team management skills.
  • Patience and understanding.
