Job Title: Software Support Analyst

The Software Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Tyler's software solutions. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to analyze complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Offer inbound phone, web, or email support to resolve client inquiries and problems effectively
  • Utilize SQL to resolve complex issues and troubleshoot database problems
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to meet and manage expectations
  • Contribute to the development of product knowledge and client service skills within the team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior Software Support Specialist position or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make sound, effective, and timely decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
