- Front Desk Duties: Perform all front-of-house duties, including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, and prepping tests to meet service level expectations.
- Administrative Support: Assist senior patients with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, sending faxes, and coordinating transportation.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem-solving, and supporting in-office providers with ad-hoc requests.
- Technical Proficiency: Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with team members and complete daily work.
- Office Maintenance: Perform opening and closing duties, daily office upkeep, and maintain the look and feel of patient and employee-facing spaces, restock supplies, and organize.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
- Problem-Solving: A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Competitive Salary: Starts at $20.50/hour.
