Job Description

Quirch Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
