About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the Commercial/Corporate Catering sector. This role will be integral in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence within the catering industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry partners, understanding their needs and providing customized catering solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies to align with market demands and emerging trends.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management, using insights to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
  • Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development: Develop and negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Collaboration with Operations and Culinary Teams: Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure the seamless execution of catering services and address any client concerns or feedback.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: History of sales experience in catering, both corporate and commercial.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in hospitality and catering events.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
