Sales Development Representative

Staff Zone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our staffing services to commercial construction, industrial, and special event companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in sales, marketing, and business development to drive revenue growth
- Aggressively track sales leads and identify new business opportunities
- Travel to visit customers and prospects to build relationships and close deals
- Quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales forms and customer applications
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and communicate daily
- Record customer and prospect contact information in our proprietary software and provide weekly reports to management
- Assist with operations at the Branch as needed
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus
- Ability to aggressively close new business and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Pass a drug screen
- Ability to adapt to and perform in inclement weather
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
