About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels, including email, social media, and cold calling.
  • Initial Outreach: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms to create interest in our company's products or services.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the prospect's needs, pain points, and decision-making processes to determine whether they fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Set up qualified appointments or demos for our Account Executives and the broader sales team.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide relevant background information to aid in closing deals.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate records of prospecting activity, follow-up actions, and lead status in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, such as the number of qualified leads generated, calls made, and meetings booked.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (SaaS, B2B experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills, with a proven ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales.
