Senior Business Support Manager

AG Foundry - Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Business Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Relations: Manage investor communications, address inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
  • Juniper Square Management: Handle all administrative tasks related to Juniper Square, including K-1 management, and be proactive in self-learning the platform to ensure efficient use.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, including quarterly sessions and meetings.
  • Team Coordination: Schedule and coordinate calls with various teams, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
  • Back Office Management: Maintain the organization and accuracy of the back office drive, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily navigable.
  • Website Management: Regularly update the company website with new content and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Banking Operations: Handle banking needs, specifically related to Guernsey accounts and U.S. banking institutions.
  • SOP Management: Serve as the point person for standard operating procedures (SOPs), particularly related to legal matters.
  • CEO Support: Work closely with the CEO's personal assistant to ensure smooth operations and provide additional support where needed.
  • Deal Team Assistance: Assist the deal team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative, operations, or general support roles.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn new tools, especially Juniper Square.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, particularly in managing documents and back office systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with banking processes and financial administration.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Proficient with office tools and technology (e.g., document management systems, CRM, scheduling tools).
