Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrative Specialist to join our team at Comrise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, with a focus on Mandarin language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain HR infrastructure in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee office administration, including supply management and day-to-day operations.
  • Manage employee relations, including documentation and contracts related to onboarding, offboarding, and job rotations.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Plan and manage employee benefits operations, including welfare programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong ownership and ability to proactively address challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
