Arlo Hotels, a dynamic and independent lifestyle hotel, is seeking a talented People Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our People Services Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for hourly positions
- Support the administration of training and development programs
- Lead the delivery of human resource policies and practices
- Assist in the coordination of health and safety meetings and quarterly locker audits
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources in a hotel or related industry
- University/College degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of human resources disciplines
Base salary range: $62,000 - $73,000
