Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of varied complex, highly responsible administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
  • Assist with leaders' standard work, scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
  • Format, revise, and maintain documents in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Administrate and maintain NA ISO documents with requested and current information.
  • Work with departmental leads/supervisors/managers to maintain accounts dealing with safety and accounts payable.
  • Generate reports as needed for supervisors/managers.
  • Assist with basic employee requests, including safety shoes and distributing requested forms.
  • Coordinate safety orientations for new employees.
  • Train new employees on time and attendance, Cority, ADP, etc.
  • Independently compile, maintain, and publish various weekly/monthly Manufacturing reports.
  • Manage the flow of quality control records for Scranton Manufacturing.
  • Work in Microsoft SharePoint to publish, edit, and update Manufacturing/Safety/Quality/Business/Committee information.
  • Assist with local process audits, Office Safety, and Safety Steering Committees.
  • Assist Production Managers with gathering and compilation of 360 input.
  • Scan and file training records, attendance records, and documentation of employees within the progress disciplinary process.
  • Assist with company social activities and goodwill events.
  • Assist with employee/manager communication.
  • Process weekly attendance cards.
  • Create/Maintain temp employee timecard, hourly/salary/vendor swipe card maintenance.
  • Wellness Committee Leader
  • Charitable Donation Committee Leader
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule and assist monthly random drug testing.
  • Manage and process North America compliance and ethics report changes.
  • Provide secretarial support as necessary.
Requirements
  • 5 years proven experience in office/manufacturing environment.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Customer Service.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Digital Communication Skills.
