Administrative Assistant

The Field Administrator will play a critical role in AWP Safety's growth by supporting the Operations team with various projects and duties, including systems management, report generation, coordinating repairs/maintenance, and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily reporting for the operations team.
- Track attendance and update employee files in the personnel system.
- Assist facility leadership in schedule creation and send daily updates.
- Validate job workflow on a daily basis.
- Update personnel records, including new hire information, terminations, and employee information.
- Ensure team member certifications are accurate and up-to-date in the system to maintain compliance.
- Enter and submit weekly payroll.
- Monitor and communicate vehicle inspection, periodic maintenance, and maintenance needs to facility leadership.
- Maintain equipment/asset information in the system.
- Create purchase orders for rentals and vendor purchases.
- Order PPE and other basic facility needs.
- Attend scheduled calls and meetings.
- Monitor safety reporting submissions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of office administration experience.
- Understanding of local wage and hour laws.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using technology for document management, reporting, review, and editing.
- Ability to read and interpret written information clearly and accurately.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and confident to work independently, while maintaining strong teamwork skills.
