Business Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Administrator to join our team at Fortis Institute. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing student financial accounts, including tuition, billing, and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense reports, general ledger coding, and research vendor invoice/payment issues.
- Advise students on payment options and financial policies.
- Post student tuition and fee payments and issue system-generated receipts.
- Track and maintain student accounts throughout the collection process to ensure prompt payment of balances.
- Coordinate sending inactive student accounts to outside collection agencies and assist with required documentation.
- Assist in charging tuition and fees in CampusVue.
- Prepare bank deposits, enter data, and prepare reports.
