This role encompasses responsibilities such as data organization, entry, tracking, documentation, and record management, all performed with a commitment to exceptional customer service and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

  • Responds promptly to client inquiries via email, addressing questions, report statuses, concerns, and general information requests.
  • Employs relevant systems and databases to input or review client information and retrieve necessary data.
  • Extracts medical records from external client sites and uploads them into the internal database.
  • Verifies the completeness and accuracy of the Medical Records.
  • Assigns medical records to reviewers for insights on treatments or diagnoses, aiding insurance companies in claim decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer are essential.
  • High school diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical records management.
  • Strong and dependable Wi-Fi connection is necessary.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
