Job Title: Technical Support Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Manager to lead our team of technical specialists in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. With a strong background in service management and technical expertise, you will oversee the service and support of our digital solutions, including hardware, document management software, and related services.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your experience in service management to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of technical representatives to deliver top-notch service and support
  • Select, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives
  • Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Manage the warehousing process for merchandise and inventory
  • Develop and educate the team on new technology and industry trends

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees
  • Service management experience in the technology industry
  • Hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge of digital and electromechanical technology
  • Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience
