Position Overview

The NPI Operations Program Lead will serve as the Product Owner and Team Leader, overseeing a diverse POM Team dedicated to managing the operational aspects of various products throughout their lifecycle while representing Operations in the Core team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make strategic decisions and commitments on behalf of the Operations team during Product Line Core Team (PLCT) and Product Development Team (PDT) meetings.
  • Develop and implement a qualification plan for product development, samples, and manage qualification builds effectively.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Factory Management during product development and manufacturing ramp-up.
  • Ensure readiness for Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) and production by coordinating with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Factory.
  • Meet Bill of Material (BOM) and SKU management requirements.
  • Maintain and update internal software and databases to reflect current and future NPI/Engineering demands, assembly instructions, and engineering sample plans.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance models and further automate and optimize business processes while driving cost-reduction activities.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and engage with various teams both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or Science; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Program Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) within the EMS/Semiconductor sector.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of NPI processes and supply chain activities in the Semiconductor industry.
  • Exceptional data analytics, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and the capability to work independently with internal stakeholders across various cultural backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while constructively challenging the status quo and implementing new processes.
  • Proficient in applications such as MS Excel, MS Project, Agile, and SAP.
