About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong passion for retail, a focus on team development, and a commitment to driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, including marketing, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
