Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong passion for retail, a focus on team development, and a commitment to driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Collaborate with store leadership to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, including marketing, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
