About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to become an integral part of our Customer Digital Identity (CDI) team. Your role will encompass leading expansive, cross-disciplinary projects within a multifaceted environment. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in navigating complex technical challenges while maintaining a strong alignment with customer experience and overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of CDI programs, ensuring alignment between CDI roadmap and cross-functional dependencies and business goals.
  • Implement and lead metrics-driven program management using OKRs, KPIs, and SLOs, while monitoring progress, tracking dependencies, and addressing risks and alignment issues.
  • Stay informed on innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in the digital identity space, integrating relevant advancements into our offerings.
  • Champion process enhancements to boost oversight, awareness, impact, and adoption, while improving quality and efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the digital identity domain.
  • Strong expertise in modern identity management systems, architectures, and technologies (e.g., SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Federation).
