Position Overview:

The Program Management Leader at Zollner Electronics Inc. is tasked with overseeing multiple concurrent projects aimed at delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of program management align with customer expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and implement effective Program Management strategies and methodologies.
  • Facilitate customer-centric meetings to allocate tasks and ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Lead all management phases for existing clients, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and KPIs, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Propose and spearhead initiatives aimed at cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between various manufacturing sites and clients to ensure project timelines and budget adherence.
  • Serve as the SAP super user for relevant areas, providing expertise and support.
  • Advise management on regulatory compliance and the integration of these requirements into business operations.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Support the Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and business objectives.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment, working closely with executives and operational leaders to devise solutions.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms to establish strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Prepare and present activity reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in contract manufacturing or high-tech industries; 10 years preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial field.
  • Proven experience in program management is essential.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively while building strong relationships.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet customer-driven deadlines.
  • Proficient in PC-based applications, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and maintain accurate records.
  • High level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Capable of presenting information effectively and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet job responsibilities, including potential global communication.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, use hands for handling equipment, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Visual acuity for detailed work is necessary.

Travel Expectations:

The Program Management Leader may need to travel to client and supplier locations, with international travel to other Zollner facilities possible, not exceeding 25% of the time.
