Join our team at Respond Inc. as a Classroom Educator Assistant, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional educational services to our students. In this role, you will support the EHS Teacher in creating engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, and fostering academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the EHS Teacher with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Support students with their assignments, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
  • One year of experience working in a classroom setting is also preferred.
