Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

You will co-teach and build an engaging classroom environment, encouraging mastery and empowering students to engage in academic discourse.

You will teach reading and writing, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.

You will partner with families to ensure resources are available to support their children's learning needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting students' social-emotional and academic development.
  • Interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities (1-2 years experience preferred).
  • Academic expertise in Elementary Education, Humanities, English, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; teacher certification not required but certification eligibility necessary.
